Hi, Cheryl. You need to contact our office as soon as possible. Joy talked
to the American Center for Law & Justice and they said they would not be
taking your case and faxed us a letter stating the same. The Judge has
since denied Joy's Motion to Withdraw, so you need to email us a letter
stating you no longer wish to have Joy represent you.

I will be leaving tonight and hope to arrive the day before the arraignment,
on March 16, 2004.
As per our conversation, Joy, I will do what I can to request the ATT&T
phone records to my old cell phone account at the number (801) 558-0611.
That is a Utah Phone number. This is the number that Assistant US Attorney
used to call me while I was en route to Marquette for trial last March,
2003. This is the phone number Don Davis used to call me on March 25, 2003
at 8:30 am Mountain Time to cancel my trial on March 28, 2004 because he was
unable to be there.
If anyone can assist in getting these phone records, it would be much
appreciated as I will be on the road traveling for five days.
Berkano, I am asking everyone working on this case to communicate with you
as well.
Please call 530-926-3923 and let a message at my office with Berkano if you
have any success at acquiring these records. Also, please confirm by email.
Berkano will pass on all messages to me when I check in with him.
Note: Berkano is available for forwarding all documents by fax, letter or
email from my office and computer files. Berkano is prolific with research
and document preparation. He used to work for some Attorneys in Salt Lake
City. Use him if you need his service in my absence or throughout this case,
as long as he is available to us. Please forward all inquiries to

working with Berkano so I can stay informed.
I am sending a cc of this email to both Berkano and Scottie. If either of

P.S. My train is scheduled to arrive in Salt Lake at 3:30 am on March 11,
