I am sending this message to several of your email addresses as
well as to Sariah to make sure you get it.

Jan Lachenmeyer has called several times for you and left messages. She stated she is concerned because the rent is fifteen days late and she has not heard from you at all. She feels she is being taken advantage of and she is disturbed by the lack of communication. She wants to work something out but because she has not heard back from you she has decided to move ahead with eviction.

On the fifteenth of March Jan left a notice to vacate at the office. She slid it through the door. I am scanning the notice to vacate and sending it as an attachment.

The notice is a thirty day notice to vacate. I am beginning to pack some things so they will be ready to carry to the van. I am also performing a cleaning and inspection if I can find the camera, so that you will have photos in case of any alleged damage. There is no damage to the office, of course.

You will have to arrange some way to be here before April fifteenth to pack the rest of your things out. I will be leaving Mount Shasta soon, as I have work arranged elsewhere and cannot stay here.

Please call me, preferably after 9pm MST as I plan to be in the
office after that time for several consecutive days to work and pack your things up.

I have not called or spoken to Jan. I just got her messages and
I am acting on the limited information that I have. If there is
any other way I can be of help, please let me know soon before I must leave to my new job.

P.S. If you don't have the camera and mini-cassette recorder with
you, would you tell me where they are packed so I can record messages and take photos of the office?
