Today at about five PM a forest service officer arrested Cheryl Gardner
(Summer Breeze) on a warrant for a "gathering without permit" citation
issued over a year ago. I took pictures of the incident and I am preparing to post them online.
The citation was said to have been "pardoned" by Malcolm Jowers himself in front of witnesses.
I will be posting more on this as for now I must make phone calls to
Cheryl's legal counsel and I am in the middle of much work that cannot wait.
Anyone who knows Cheryl or the witnesses who were there when the
citation was given, or when the citation was supposed to be dropped,

I found out she is being held in the Siskiyou County Jail at Yreka,
California. The booking officer told me she will be held in the booking
section all night and transported elsewhere tomorrow.
Recently, Cheryl has been involved as a witness in a case pending
against John Hunt of Mount Shasta. The Siskiyou County DA is prosecution
Hunt on labor law violations for allegedly not paying people and
allegedly taking advantage of the homeless and handicapped and people
he "rents" dwellings to. John Hunt arrived with the Forest Service
officer (!?). He illegally entered through the back door of the
house. I pushed him out and shut the door, and I called 911. The
police arrived and I let them in after I walked around front and
observed that a Federal cop was there to arrest Cheryl on a warrant.
I went back in and told Cheryl that the Forest Service was here
to arrest her. She came out and allowed herself to be taken into custody without resistance.
Since when does the Forest Service use someone like John Hunt to
try and get keys into a house to arrest someone? Isn't that against
the law? Especially when the woman being arrested is a witness in a case against a man?
Enought to make one ponder, eh?
I took photos during the incident. John Hunt gloated, "My, isn't this an
interesting turn of events?" He laughed as Cheryl was being arrested
and put in the officer's vehicle. I got a couple pictures of him
laughing and smiling. Then I asked him if he read the paper today.
There was a front page article about the charges against him in the Mount Shasta Herald.
John Hunt intends to return tomorrow for "repairs" on the house. I have
advised the local police that John will have to tow a fine line and give
proper notice, including the purpose for his entry, what needs to be
repaired, etc.
Perhaps I might be the next to be arrested. I don't know. I have no
warrants, I have done nothing unlawful, but I just don't know.
If there is anyone from the Rainbow Family anywhere near Mount Shasta,
we need your help post-haste. I need to put Cheryl's possessions
somewhere safe where John Hunt cannot possibly "confiscate" them. I need help doing this.

I believe these are the details of Cheryl's arrest warrant (why,
when, etc.) I'm not sure and the Forest Service should be able to provide some details.
At Michigan a couple years ago Cheryl and her husband journeyed to the
National Forest to provide spiritual support and volunteer emergency
medical service to people during the Rainbow Family Gathering of
the Tribes. They were praying for world peace and fellowshipping
with fellow Christians and spiritual people at the "gathering."
While there a forest service officer issued her a citation for "public assembly without a permit."
Malcolm Jowers was supposed to have dismissed the ticket. Perhaps
something got lost in the paper trail. Perhaps a miscommunication occured somewhere.
In any event, a woman is in chains for the crime of praying for world peace and healing.
I find it interesting that citizens now need to have a permit to
exercise a constitutional right to peacable assembly.
John Hunt came over with the Forest Service officer and he entered
the back door while she remained at the front. I called 911 when
John trespassed. When the police showed up they informed me that
a Forest Service cop was out front wanting to arrest Cheryl. It
was the same female agent who had come calling for Cheryl earlier
in the day while Cheryl was out running errands.
I wish I had known the woman was there to arrest Cheryl earlier.
Cheryl had been communicating with lots of officers and officials
lately, so I did not assume at first that the woman was there to take her away in chains.
Cheryl is supposedly going to be held in the booking section of
the jail all night until she is transported elsewhere tomorrow.
