"Christopher L. Cole, whose age was not given, was charged with two misdemeanor counts for his role in a human roadblock on Forest Road 307 on June 25.
Joshua Ryan Riggenbach, 20, was charged Monday with two misdemeanor counts for a similar incident that resulted in a broken police car window and minor injuries to at least two police officers, according to court documents."
according to District Court, Chris and Joshua each received $15 fine plus
$10 donation to Victims Fund.... $25.00
it must be noted that Malcolm Jowers and LEOfficer Lampshire both stated to me and others that neither of these guys were wanted for the actual act of "rock throwing" rather they were each arrested for "TOO MUCH MOUTH" i.e. inciting the crowds... yelling "6up" etc... plus encouraging the people toresist the Feds... (similar to caliph's current arrest....)
Malolm Jowers, and other officers, State and local, admitted, on the 26th at "Green Road' meeting that they had NO DESCRIPTIONS, AND NO WARRENTS for any patricular persons.. they were simply going to raid on a fishing expedition, and to find these two guys... who had been harassing them... in Forest Service mind excessively....
obviously, the Judge saw the actual situation and fined
accordingly... the Magistrate who ran the "Rainbow Court" this year also saw the situation, obviously which is why he did not deal harshly with attendees, and was not kind to the Forest Service....
this kind of enlightment may be the mood of things to come
NOTE: apparently, when Potato i.e. Joshua was arrested the entire bus he was riding in was searched, and he was taken out, stripped, searched hauled away.. rudely... everyone else was searched...
even though i do not myself act in resistance to the police to the
extent that i push too heavy and get arrested nonetheless i have been close
to arrest many times in past years.. i encourage folks who are nearby folks
who are "losing it" toward the Federals to "drag them off" if necessary...
help each other out...
nonetheless, if the INCIDENT CREATION TEAM had not set up the
situation.. there would have been no "rock throwing" is what i understand
from hearing and reading many witnesses reports... forest Service had
options before they underook certain actions on June 25th.... which led to
the confrontation...
in these situations COOLER HEADS must prevail... these situations play
into the hands of the coppers, ....
because a few folks lost it over what they saw as atrocities being
committed by LEOs, Jowers and company thought they had an opportunity to PLAY HEAVY... do the BIG HIPPIE HUNT....
wanted to kick some HIPPIE ASS AND RAISE HELL...
it didn't quite work out the Federals....
they came to hunt hippie... came to hunt RHINO and all they found was RABBIT i.e. Peace Scene...
please, let cooler heads prevail... the Incident Creation Teama may or may not still be with the Gatherings in days to come - - certainly until the Incident Creation Team is finally out of the picture... creative resistance is a must continue...
meanwhile caliph is once again on the block...
