The Bear Camp Flat Closure Area is described as the area beginning at the turn point in the designated and posted boundary of the South Warner Wilderness Area located in Section 32, thence in a southeasterly direction along a posted line to its junction with Forest Road 39N11 in the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 33, thence from Forest Road 39N11 in an easterly direction along the southern edge of the unnamed creek that crosses between Sections 33 and 34 to the northern edge of an unnamed rock quarry located in the center of the SW ¼ of Section 34, thence southerly along the eastern edge of Forest Road 39N18 to the posted corner, thence northeasterly along the posted line to the intersection with the designated and posted boundary of the South Warner Wilderness Area located in the NW ¼ of Section 35, thence northerly following the South Warner Wilderness boundary to the starting point, all located within T.39N., R.16E., Mount Diablo Base and Meridian.
