Hey now, progress is happening! Finally,we got the machines and software to co-operate with us. Our tech Berkano left about two months ago for journeys unknown, so Raven and I have been educating ourselves on programs and software, document formatting, yada, yada...
I have Raven to thank for the Adobe software that he found, loaded and taught me how to use. I cannot believe how simple it is! I hope the documents open all right in your computer. Please tell me if the size and legibility is good.
Also, let me know if you need any other documents.
Important News: I am not going with Sekulow at the American Center for Law and Justice, so I am not spending my valuable time communicating any further with them since I have only days to be on the road. So much is hanging in the balances. Better to focus on main issues and tasks.
My main need right now is to get this trial moved to another court.As for lawyers, I do not know if I have any more energy to deal with them! Public Defenders have also been a nightmare for me and I do not know if it is at this point in time in my best interest to deal with another one. Do you think it is a possibility to convince a PD to do what I ask and get more time to prepare this case?
I am considering calling the court clerk Pam Chant to find out about process for having a PD assigned. The last time I checked the rule books I was entitled to a lawyer.
I need to fax and express mail a motion of some kind by Monday, hopefully earlier because I will be moving from this office. Ideas are welcome.
