Fax procedure: 1- Type original and fax a copy to Cheryl Gardner first.
2- Cheryl will sign and return by fax to Joy Verlinden.
(this can be co-ordinated on the road by using Kinko's)
3- The signed copy to be faxed next to John Hunt.
4- A follow up phone call to Hunt to verify receipt of fax and to give
John instructions on the need to sign and respond immediately.
5- John Hunt to fax back to Joy Verlinden.
6- The signed copy containing both signatures for Cheryl and John to
be faxed to California Superior of Siskiyou county.
7- On the fax cover letter, request confirmation to Joy Verlinden.
Also, request a mailed copy to be sent to Cheryl Gardner, P.O. Box164
Mount Shasta, California 96067-0164 and an email notice to
freesmokeybear@lycos.com.
8- Request copy of signed court order from Judge to be immediately
dispatched by fax to Joy Verlinden with mailed copies to Cheryl and John.
Body of Stipulation and Order to Continue the TRO hearing:

Request a stipulation and order to continue the TRO hearing scheduled for March 25 2004
at 1:30 pm to middle of April, whatever date is available after April 15, 2004 for the court.

Reason for request: Plaintiff Cheryl Gardner is appearing as a Defendant in Michigan
on another case with a Forest Service Citation which necessitates her travel across
country and back. Length of time away from California is uncertain at this time. Cheryl
Gardner estimates as much as three to four weeks.

Gardner's Arraignment in Michigan is set in Marquette for March 17, 2004 at 3pm. (state name
of court, etc.)
